For sale is an beautifully restored pro touring 1965 mustang coupe. This car has 2000 miles on a fresh rotisserie restoration, with only the best high performance parts used. This is a turn key car that is easy to drive on around town, cruise on the freeway 70+ mph, or take to an auto cross event or through the canyon. This is a show car top to bottom that was meant to be driven, extremely reliable with everything sorted out and mechanicals broken-in. Vehicle highlights are listed below.
Body and paint
$20,000 show quality paint job. Best of the best, Absolutely flawless. entire body was put on the rotisserie and sand blasted, any rust was then removed and patched. underside was undercoated for protection. Base coat clear coat raven black. Wet sanded up to 2500 and buffed, it shines like absolute glass and looks wet. subtle custom touches were used to perfect body gaps and panel alignments. rear valence was tig welded and smoothed for a seamless look. custom fabricated front valence.
Engine and transmission
$10,000 Pro built 302, 425 hp 400 tq. Edelbrock aluminum heads, voodoo cam, crane gold rockers, holley 650, etc. High revving engine with tons of power.
Custom fabricated cold air intake, engine bay is smoothed and painted body color, immaculately detailed.
$2,500 T5 five speed built to handle the high rpms and horsepower.
Suspension
$12,000 Full front and rear suspension from TCI engineering. Adjustable coilovers, tubular upper and lower control arms. 3 link torque arm with built-in subframe connectors. Manual rack n pinion, front sway bar etc. one of the best suspensions on the market that money can buy. This car will corner like any modern sports car. Fully adjustable coilovers on all 4 corners with the ability to raise or lower ride height.
Rear end
$3,000 Complete 9" rear end from currie enterprises, 31 spline axles, 3.89 detroit tru track posi 3rd member.
Interior
Custom fabricated dash with ash tray removed and metal welded in place for clean look. Custom heater/ defroster with custom control knobs. Leather pro car scat bucket seats, leather back seat, Ididit tilt steering column, TMI center console with Alpine double DIN screen installed; Alpine unit has Apple carplay with capability to play music and display Apple maps. Complete interior Dynamat insulation kit was installed to reduce interior noise and heat. Autometer gauges with GPS speedometer.
Brakes
4 wheel disk brakes, CPP dual reservoir master cylinder, excellent pedal feel and all the stopping power needed.
Cooling System
Heavy duty Champion aluminum radiator with 16" electronic fan keep this car at normal operating temperature even in hot weather.
Electrical
All brand new electrical system from American Autowire, nicely arranged and hidden from sight. Engine bay wiring routed under fenders for a clean look. Optima red top battery relocated to the trunk.
Exhaust
Ceramic coated short tube headers, custom 2.5" mandrel bent tubing routes to Magnaflow Turbo mufflers and exits out the back through GT Trumpets. The exhaust sounds absolutely perfect; perfect amount of noise without being completely obnoxious.

All chrome components were re-chromed, all suspension components powder coated, underside detailed, all nuts and bolts changed to stainless hardware.
