All steel including fenders, running boards, doors and trunk lid. Original Henry Ford.This is a very nice and rare 1927 Doctors Coupe. Zero rust and no bondo ( considering its 90 years old!) it's been professionally built on a Pete n Jake's chassis. Strong running 327 with performance camel hump heads, Holley 4 barrel carburettor with Cadillac style air cleaner. Headers feed into a stainless steel exhaust system. The 327 is mated to a TH350 auto box with the vintage Lokor shifter. It has the everflex black roof that is in excellent condition. All interior window mouldings are present. Doors have wind up windows that work with black door cards fitted. Seat is a new style with a blanket over it. The seat is nice condition and very comfy. Steering wheel is a Superior 500. Front window is the original opening safari type. There is a small crack in the left hand corner of the windshield which is partially covered by an old "Lions" dragstrip decal. Does not cause any vision issues. dash is fitted with a champion aluminium gauge panel which houses a set of "Moon" guages. All work except for fuel one as she runs a moon style gas tank in the trunk.Roof has been professionally chopped about 6" overall giving the car a real 60's style look.Front end is chromed and dropped Bell i beam. Chromed front shocks and chromed radius rods.Disk brakes with old style finned coversBack axle is 10" Chevy.No whines or funny noises!Keeps up with modern traffic and easily cruises at 70Engine sounds fabulous and is a real attention grabber.This car gets lots of thumbs ups and smiles!50 Pontiac rear lights.Front grille shell is 32 Ford Steel ( more than likely a repro)Radiator is in excellent condition.Sits on a set of original American Racing 5 spokes with whitewall tyres.
