Description for Ford Other 1937

I'm selling this '37 Ford 2 door slantback sedan due to financial considerations. It is nearly complete except for some interior and electrical work. The engine is a 351 Windsor that has less than 200 miles on it, and was broken in using a zinc additive to the oil. The tires are new 205/70 R15 fronts and 225/75 R15 rears. Need more info: call Dave at (319)759-9913 before 10:00 PM CDT. No solicitations or trades will be accepted. ENGINE: The block was cleaned using a thermal cleaning system, cylinders bored out .030. New main, rod and cam bearings were installed. New CompCam and flat tappet lifters. New double row timing chain, guide plates and push rods. Has 1 piece rear seal. The cylinder heads are 1969 C90E with new stainless valves, retainers, soft plugs and hardened valve seats. They have been decked .005" and have 3/8" screw-in rocker studs. Intake and exhaust have been port matched. The exhaust thermactor bumps have been removed. Intake and exhaust bowls have been enlarged. Valve springs are 110 lbs. on the seat. Good engine side panels with stainless trim are included.CHASSIS; Solid stock frame with bolt-in Chassis Engineering front crossmember and complete IFS components package.
