This Ford F2 is very clean and original. The history and originality of it is why I have it. I purchased it from the original owner with 73000 original documented miles. I am the second owner. It is a very fun truck to drive. It spent its whole like on a farm in Indiana. It has always been kept in a garage or barn. It is not a "Show Truck". but a very original clean example of a rare F2. The oak bed was replaced several years ago from oak milled from the farm it lived on. I have enjoyed it thoroughly but it is time to let it go. Original numbers matching flat head ford. 4 speed with granny low. Very drivable on highways and back roads. Top speed is around 60mph. I have never driven it more than 75 miles at a time. but is solid around town. The transmission has to be double clutched through the gears. The original owner repainted the exterior white about 15 years ago. The paint has been kept up on and very good for a driver but not top show quality. The glass is all good. Their are some bubbles in the vent glass. All the gauges and accessories work. The windshield wipers work but not well. They run off vacuum and I think the vacuum line needs to be replaced. The engine and engine bay have recently been refreshed. The wheels have also recently been repainted. $1000 deposit due at end of auction.
