Description for Ford F-150 1986

For auction is this 1986 F-150 4x4 XLT. This is a survivor! Single owner until I picked it up last month(see crisp original bill of sale). Has the 5.0 V8 fuel injection. Only 106K miles. Newer AT tires. Is good to go anywhere as is. 4X4 works great. I have a local mechanic's prebuy inspection already done and you are welcome to call them (Firehouse Auto Repair Mooresville, NC, ask for Jeff). It had a broken shock and leaking head gaskets which I promptly had repaired along with alignment(see bill included). Runs great. No obvious significantdamage though I believe the tailgate has been repainted. Otherwise it looks like there has been some touch up paint here and there. It is difficult to find such an untouched example. The only regrettable thing I find is that they painted the interior of the bed black for unclear reasons, but it should have a bedliner anyway. Is a 4-speed with the granny gear which is also very rare and desirable now.The front bar is a period aftermarket accessory.Drive as is or make a show truck. The bad: The finish needs a detailing and I find a few touch ups. Upholstery needs a new insert or to be recovered. The headliner is sagging. One small dent under the right headlight. The radio sounds awful.I would hide a Bluetooth unit under the dash if I was to keep it.Someone did some touch up paint under the hood and painted the master cylinder but looks amateurish.
These are hot now and there are very few left. Includes all the original documentation, cool pamphlets such as the Ford guide to off-roading, and even the original tube of touch up paint. Good luck bidding. There will not be another like this!

On Oct-26-17 at 16:59:28 PDT, seller added the following information:

A potential bidder questioned whether this is XLT. I was told it was XLT based on the woven vinyl interior, exterior trim, and tachometer but find no proof that it is actually an XLT. It is not stated in its paperwork and I cannot find this information online. I have no intention of misleading potential bidders and welcome input from anyone who can clear this matter. The VIN is 1FTEF14N4GNB23720. The truck is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction.
Also, the truck comes with a fresh oil change, alignment, and full tank of gas.
