By appearance It is a project. It comes with all contents but paperwork such as birth certificates, marriage licenses, etc as well as firearms must be returned. Has rust I would call normal for age. Pretty cool old van. Would be an awesome project. Appears to all be there drive train wise. We have no keys. Sold as is where is without exception.
