This is a one of a kind, all steel body, and a real attention getter.. Drive to a car show-open the hood-and walk away -and watch the heads get scratched in disbelief. This is a really nice older build with a rear engine.....correct, I said rear engine! It is powered by a Corvair, four carbureted, 140 horsepower flat 6 cylinder engine(engine completely rebuilt last year). The car also features a floor with the center hump removed(no drive shaft), and a full belly pan. The underside of the hood area is finished off. The engine is chromed out, and was rebuilt mostly due to sitting a long time in storage-everything replaced-cylinders pistons-even a slightly higher lift cam. . Access to the engine is behind the spare tire-a spring on the center cap, and two screws to remove the entire cover. New brakes and wheel cyl. kits last year. Front and rear are independent suspensions. The paint is great, with a few imperfections due to the age of the paint. The interior is very nice. New tires last year. Somewhere around 5000 miles on the car since built. Priced far below a price to build a similar car of this caliber., and all steel body. No warranty offered as with all classic type cars.
