Very nice one owner 1979 Ford F250 custom 2wd 300 six cyl. w/4 spd. overdrive toploader manual transmission. engine runs well & transmission shifts smoothly.

I ordered and bought this truck new at Graham Ford in Columbus,Ohio in Dec. '78 and it has been very reliable. I have the original purchase papers & owners guide.

The engine is the original one. It has been professionally rebuilt [I have receipt] and does not smoke or use any oil. This engine now has 100,596 miles on it. Engine has a steel crankshaft. Oil has been changed every 3000 mi. with 5w30 Mobile One oil since the rebuild. The engine starts easily.

This truck has no A/Cor power steering. Tires are Michelin 235-85-R16 with about 95% of tread life remaining. Rims are steel with original style hubcaps. Blue & Silver Basecoat-Clearcoat paint is excellent as well as all glass,trim, mirrors,and light lenses. Truck has dual fuel tanks, locking hood release, tinted windshield [with no chips or cracks], cab lights, delay wipers, full size spare, high output heater, and Limited Slip rear axle. Interior is clean with black vinyl bench seat, added auto meter oil pressure & temperature gauges, aftermarket Pioneer AM-FM-CD radio & speakers. Dashpad is not cracked. Door panels &rubber floor mat are good, both sun-visorsand headliner are original. Windows roll up and down easily and the shoulder restraints work smoothly. I added dual folding cup holders. Everything on the truck works, including emergency brake, all lights, turn signals, wipers, door locks, hor, dimmer switch, radio,gauges, cigar lighter, speedometer, and odometer, hazard warning flashers, fuel tank switch on dash, and the LED lights added in the rear bumper. This is a solid truck w/no rust. I had it undercoated with Tuffcote-Dinolwhen it was new and it's been garaged for the last 25 years. The truck bed and both bumpers have been sprayed with black Rhino­-Liner. Truck has optional black out grille and folding mirrors. The tailgate has a full aluminum diamond plate protector. The Dee-Zee nerf bars have been added recently. This truck comes with a rebuilt spare transmission, two lid steel toolbox, set of two mounted studded snow tires and many extra parts.

Springs, front and rear have been changed as well as both radius rods and bushings, the rear gas tank & sending unit, master cylinder & vacuum assist. Driveshaft has been rebuilt and balanced. The original jack and tools are still in truck.

A '79 shop manual and other repair books are included. Truck has a brand new Interstate battery and a fresh oil change. It's ready to drive
