Description for Ford Coupe 1933
The 1933 Ford 3-window coupe is already a legend on wheels. But when you find one with a super-slick presentation, all the right upgrades, a sports suspension, six-speed manual, and 500+ horsepower put to the ground, you know this is a standout among standouts. Black is beautiful. That's especially true when it's an exceptionally high gloss shine that shows off just how little use this low mileage coupe has seen so far. Plus, you really want top-notch paintwork to showcase the high quality fiberglass body. It already incorporates a chopped top, so this car has a cool rake to it that matches what rodders have been doing since the '40s. While this is truly a classic silhouette, there are also some distinctly modern pieces boldly on display. You see it in everything from the performance air grabber to the sports suspension. With this much modern appearance and authentic shine, this Ford doesn't need superfluous bright work. Instead, it's only used to draw attention to the best details, like the waterfall grille, headlights, and bold set of Billet Specialties Fast Lane alloys that highlight the wide set in the rear (after all, you need a lot of rubber to meet the road on this speed machine.) The interior is cool mix of performance and comfort. It starts with a pair of tan leather seats that individually power adjust to the ideal comfort position. The exterior black returns on the dash, and the tan looks so good against the exterior black, that it's also used for the custom door panels, headliner, and even the trunk. This is loaded with the best features, including power windows, power locks, and an AM/FM/CD/XM stereo. There's also a tilt steering column to help you get comfortable behind the cool Banjo-style wheel. The full AutoMeter gauge package has been nestled into the center of the dash just like a classic '33 Ford. But when you count the gears and spot the column-mounted AutoMeter Sport-Comp tach, you know this has some serious modern firepower. Under the hood is a true beast. No one expects a fuel-injected 7.0-liter LS7 motor in a classic like this. This modern V8 is such a centerpiece to the build that they make sure it's boldly on display for the world to see. That's also why it has such a tidy setup that includes plenty of polished components. These are good for over 500 horsepower right out of the box, and this one has been tuned to deliver 520hp to the rear wheels! A monster motor this impressive really needs to bring the thunder. That's why you have the Sanderson lake headers coming directly off the motor, and there's even a set of electric cutouts in front of the Flowmaster mufflers. This is a thoughtful build that has all the right supporting components. That's why the LS7 is mated to a Tremec Magnum TR6060 six-speed manual transmission that feeds a stout Ford 9-inch 28-spline read end. The suspension is beefed up with forged control arms up front, a four-link rear, and adjustable coilovers at all corners. Add in rack & pinion steering and four-wheel disc brakes, and you soon understand this is a show-stopping build that was also meant to drive. Complete with a large stack of build receipts, this is a low mileage coupe that takes everything you love about these custom street machines and adds big doses of performance and comfort. It's a total package that will only disappoint if you miss this deal. Call now!
