Great start to a really cool truck!Truck cab has great Patina from years of New Mexico sun. The truck runs and drives. It comes with factory A/C.It is a perfect platform to go any direction with this truck.
Excellent for a Shop Truck, Hot Rod, Resto Rod, Rat rod or restore back to all original.
Story of this truck.. I bought this truck from a gentleman here in New Mexico. He said it was an original New Mexico truck. It started its life as a long bed F-100.It had been converted to a short bed. It has been professionally done and has be converted properly. It was already done when I purchased it.It is a very cool Ranger F-100. It came originally as an A/C truck. The truck is still very original overall.I had the upholstery done, and put brand new tires on it.
The Good:Cab, hood and doors have beautiful original patina- Brand New tires 1 week old- Brand New interior-New seat upholstery and carpet 3 days old- Headlights, taillights, interior light and rear cab light all work- Speedometer works- Original AM radio works- Gauge lights work- Turn signals and hazards work- Brakes work-Heater works-Wipers work
Engine:429 ThunderJet Big Block V8Automatic transmission
Needs:- Paint ( especially the bed)- Dents and dings- horn not working- fuel gauge not working- good tune up
Overall this is one super cool Classic Ford Ranger F-100.It gets a ton of compliments and is the perfect blank canvas to go any direction you wish.It has a strong running 429, the transmission shifts good. I have driven the truck on the highway at 75 mph.Does not over heat and runs strong. With that said I am selling this as running and driving project.I drive it daily but I have not driven it long distances so I cannot guarantee it.
Rust is very minimal.The cab is very solid, floors are original and solid.The bottom of the doors are not rotted Would make one awesome shop truck or kustom!
