Description for Ford Other 1932
This is a RUST FREE original all steel 32 Ford Roadster Original rust free; body, floor pan, fire wall, frame, gas tank, rear frame horn covers, grill and shell, all 4 fenders, headlights and lenses, front splash shield and other miscellaneous parts. This was the first year for a Ford V-8 and the grill covering the radiator. Because of the V-8, Ford captured 60% of the market in 1932 and that brought them out of a slump. This " working man's " V-8 along with the much stronger chassis and the design, made the 32 Ford an iconic car and the most sought after car to hot rod. Highly detailed Ford 351C engine and a Ford AOD transmission, both professionally rebuilt in 2018, completely ground smooth and painted with Imron. Complete MSD ignition system. HIghly modified and chrome plated XKE independant suspension front and rear. Halibrand wheels polished both inside and outside. Complete Wilwood brake system with new Jaguar rotors. Polished stainless steel exhaust system attached to custom headers ceramic coated both inside and outside. Tan English leather interior and rumble area. 2" chopped folding top with chrome and oak bows and tan Hartz cloth top and side curtains. I have an extremely rare ( the ONLY ONE like it ) tri-power set up for this engine that is not on the car but is available separately. Currently still available. I have owned the car since 1975 and I have the history and owners back into the 50's. The car has won many trophies and 4 best of shows. It is very well sorted and a pleasure to drive. It rides fantastic and sounds fantastic as well. I have been asked who's mufflers I'm using. The car sets right, and the tires and wheels are "right". Because of the fantastic original condition of the car, it will always hold its' value. This car is very rare and desirable. If interested I have 38 page PDF file detailing the building of the car and it's specifications. I can also send another file with many, many photos. Thanks for your interest. The buyer is responsible for vehicle pick up and shipping. I will assist with the shipping logistics.
