The engine bay is neatly arranged and easy to service, and thanks to the wonders of an Edelbrock 600CFM 4-barrel carburetor and aluminum intake, it starts instantly and is ready to rumble. Accel HEI lights the fires and there's race grade equipment throughout, from the shorty headers to high-torque starter. The dual exhaust has a throaty rumble, and the suspension offers an AirRide system, a tubular front end and 4-bar trailing arm set-up in the rear. A 700R4 automatic overdrive transmission with trans-cooler spins a 9-inch Ford axle out back and disc brakes are at all four corners to ensure modern levels of braking performance. Handsome and shiny staggered Ridler chrome wheels are in excellent condition and wear 225/45/18 front and 245/45/120 rear performance radials that ride great and look right on the full-fendered Ford.
