I am selling my very Rare, 1964 Ford Restomod Pickup truck. What makes it so rare you ask? Well it is a 1964 Ford Pickup on top but underneath it is a2011 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. Plus inside it has the Crown Vic dash which includes Dual Air Bags, Air Conditioning, AM/FM CD Cassette Radio, Daytime running lights, Power Windows, Power Steering, Power 4 Wheel Disc Brakes and a Full Set of Gauges.It drives like a brand new truck even though it is 54 years old. And it stops on a dime with 4 Wheel Disc Brakes.

This beautiful Restomod Ford Pickup was built by one of the finest builders in Pittsburgh, Mike's Classic Customs.To me Mike is a magic man as you can see in the quality of this truck. He is a very skilled and detailed man.

This was once a FORD CROWN VIC POLICE P71 CAR DRIVEN BY A CONSTABLE BUILT TO POLICE INTERCEPTOR SPECIFICATIONS:

Engine:

Police interceptor 5.7L/351CI V8 engine, 375 HP, DUAL OVERHEAD CAM ENGINE. And the best thing it runs on 87 octane pump gas. New injectors, coil pack, plugs, and belts, were added when the Restomod truck was built.

Transmission:

Behind the motor is the original Ford Crown Vic Police interceptor 4R75W4 speedAutomatic Transmission with overdrive. This transmission was special for the Police Interceptor.

Rear End:

Power is delivered to the rear wheels via a 3:08 Posi-Traction Rear End.

Braking:

This Beauty STOPS ON A DIME with the Police Interceptor 4-Wheel Disc Brakes.

The Verdict is a really nice combination for overall performance and power.

Air Conditioning:

As you can see, the Air Conditioning System is original to the 2011 Crown Vic, but has been completely refurbishedThis truck blows COLD 60 DEGREES AIR.

EXTERIOR:

It is amazing what a $10,000 paint job will do for the Ford Restomod Pick-Up Truck. The color combination is Kirker brand Sour Apple Candy Green on the top and Kirker brand Bright Orange Candy Apple on the bottom. It is amazing what a paint job like this will do to the truck.

Review thepictures of the exterior of this beautiful truck and you will see no corners were cut in building this truck. This laser straight body was painted with "Top of The Line" Kirker paint. The Tri-Coat paint alone cost $2720 (Base=$1220/gallon, Mid-Coat=$490/gallon X 2 gallons (green and orange) = $980 and Clear Coat=$520/gallon) The color combination he chose looks really great and it attracts a lot more attention. As mentioned above, this truck has all the original body parts and only has little finishing putty in it. All of the CHROME IS NEW to the truck. The back bumper has a Class III trailer hitch, welded to the frame, underneath the license plate. The license plate pops up to expose the trailer hitch. All of the GLASS IS BRAND NEW. The CHROME TIPS on the DUAL EXHAUST which come out right behind the doors are brand new. The door handles were shaved and 1941-1947 Lincoln push buttons were installed to open the doors. The gas tank which is out of the Crown Vic is mounted in the custom bed behind the cab. Speaking of the custom bed, check out the paint job. Underneath is storage with trays, the jack, and foam piping covers to cover the bed bars incase you are hauling things and don't want to scratch. Shame on you if you use this truck to haul anything except yourself and that special someone.

To complete and enhance the 1964/2011 FORD CROWN VIC POLICE INTERCEPTOR PICK-UP TRUCK LOOKS, it was LOWERED and a new set HIGH PERFORMANCE 215/50/R18 LOW PROFILE TIRES were mounted to a set of AMERICAN MAG WHEELS.

HEADLIGHTS:

For Nighttime driving I have installeda set of high intensity DOT 7 LEDHEADLIGHTS RGB COLOR CHANGINGHALLO HEADLIGHTS. The HALLOS AROUND THE HEADLIGHTSCHANGE COLOR THROUGH YOUR PHONE APP.I love to drive with either the green or orange halos. However you have your choice of Orange, Green, Red. Dark Blue, Tan, Power Blue, andPurple.You can either keep them on one color or have them change colors.

INTERIOR:

Look at thepictures of this beautiful ORANGE AND GREEN BUCKET SEAT INTERIOR. The ALL LEATHER BUCKET SEATS were custom made special for this truck, by one of the BEST CUSTOM SHOPS IN THE AREA. Notice the CUSTOM LEATHER DOOR PANELS and matching leather SUN VISOR.

The DASH IS OUT OF THE CROWN VICTORIA. For your safety there are DUAL AIR BAGS, Daytime Running Lights and SHOULDER AND SEAT BELTS. For your driving pleasure the leather wrapped steering wheel includes Tilt and Cruise, plus the wiper control.

To monitor the engine, you have a complete set of factory gauges, to include speedometer, odometer, temp, oil, fuel, and amp. For your listening pleasure, we have a Brand-new aftermarket AM/FM Stereo CD/Cassette Radio. I love driving this RESTOMOD with the radio playing "GOOD OLD ROCK AND ROLL MUSIC". In the glove box is the Original Crown Vic Police Interceptor Owner's Manual. Look at the beautiful headliner and you will see the Map Reading/Interior Lights To protect the New Carpet, I have a set of Brand-New Floor Mats, If the weather is hot, just roll up the POWER WIDOWS, turn on the AC, and drive in comfort. The AC technician put a thermometer on the outlet and the AC was blowing cool air at 60 degrees.

UNDERNEATH:

As you can see when you look at the UNDERNEATH pictures, you CAN EAT off the underside it is so clean.

The first thing you will notice is the FRAME IS BOXED FROM FRONT TO REAR. Notice the shocks that are COIL OVER. Plus notice how the Class III hitch is welded to the body.The HEAVY-DUTY SWAY BARS keeps the truck level when going through turns. The dual exhaust with chrome tips that comes out right behind the cabs gives the RESTOMOD TRUCK that nice RUMBLE SOUND AND BEATIFUL LOOK.
