1980 ford thunderbird, 4.2 liter V-8, 3 speed auto. Just inspected, 56,000 original documented miles. This automobile is a classic beauty.The entire fuel system was overhauled with: new gas tank, fuel pump and hoses, carburetor rebuilt. New starter installed, new muffler and tailpipe. Front struts and rear shocks were replaced just before the car went into storage. oil and filter was changed. Everything functions on the car including the a/c which is still ice cold. Working cruise control is nice to have! Interior is in very good condition with no major issues, exterior is in solid shape with blemishes that are to be expected from original 40 year old paint. Partial vinyl top has some deterioration. Overall the car is a true time capsule that can be driven anywhere. They only made this style of T-Bird for 3 years and finding one in this condition with only 56,000 miles makes this one even more rare. Mileage may go up as I'm still enjoying driving her.
