Description for Ford Roadster 1932

One of a kind mid engined 32 ford roadster. Designed and built by owner in AutoCad prior to fabrication. Features mid engined Cadillac Northstar drivetrain withAmerican stamping frame rails and custom Gibbons body with firewall pushed forward 9" for maximum legroom. Entire frame is TIG welded. Wheelbase stretched 2", body pie sectioned 2" in front and channeled 1". Steel hood and louvered deck lid. Walker Radiator with auxilary waterpump and cooling tubes to engine. Stock rear transaxle with 2" narrowed driveaxles, coil over struts. Independent pushrod front end with Kugel spindle, disk brakes and rack and pinion steering. Firewall moved 9" forward for increased legroom.
Back leather interior by Jim Enger, removable chopped Hartz soft top by Kenny Jones.
Stewart Warner Mooney series gauges. Duvall windshield, 2" receiver hitch behind hinged rear licenseplate.
