Description for Ford F-100 1973
This is a beautiful mostly restored 1973 Ford F-100 Ranger XLT. It has the original 390 Big Block with a C6 Automatic transmission. Power steering. power disc brakes. A/c. heater and radio all in working order. Fresh tune up in November of 2014. New Alternator. fan shroud. oil pan gasket. oil seals. value cover. rancho shocks. and new tires under 5. 00 miles. This is a very solid truck. Interior was recently redone with new seat upholstery and carpet. Exterior is very solid to include floor pans. cab mounts. bed floor and body panels all in great shape. Tires are new with under 5. 00 miles. power disc brakes work great. All chrome on truck. All lights and gauges working just as they should. This truck runs and drives great. I currently use as my daily driver. My family is growing with a new addition soon and will no longer fits my kids. I currently use as my daily driver approx. 40 miles round trip and then once a month I drive 200 miles for work. Truck is great in daily driving and on longer trips. Items to note: their are 2 chips in the original front windshield. The radio works fine but the station memory buttons do not hold previous setting. I have noticed in the colder months a small amount of oil (2tbs) under truck after a long day of driving. Never a reduction in oil to have to add any in between oil changes. Oil pressure is great and steady. The chrome is original with scratches and dents over the 42 years of the life of the truck. In the bed of the truck there is some lifting/flaking of the paint (see pics). If you would like here is a link to a YouTube video of truck running: https://www. youtube. com/watch?v=WEUiTfCXwxE&feature=youtu. bePlease view pictures and ask any questions you may have. I will do my best for full disclosure and share everything that I know about the truck. The title is clear and in had. I hate to sell my daily driver but no longer fits the kids. Good Luck. will consider all reasonable offers. I also have it listed locally and reserve the right to end the auction at any time.
