The engine received mechanical maintenance and refinishing at Steve's Antique Auto in 2015 and there are receipts and documentation of the repairs. The exterior is finished in Gun Metal Grey which is a color not widely seen on T-Birds anymore as many people choose to repaint them in white... or Flame Red. To see a Gun Metal T-Bird is unique and now is your chance to own one. The body of the car does show imperfections especially around the wheel wells but all the sheet metal is believed to be original to the car. Accompanying the car is a body matching hard top and an attached soft top. Complementing the exterior is a Flame Red interior that shows some wear. There are a few rips in the seat that have been sewn up. Despite the imperfections, the interior is still very clean and ready for use. This particular example has had an armrest and cup holder insert installed to increase the practicality and comfort of the classic T-Bird. Though there are some noticeable imperfections, this Thunderbird is ready to continue bringing joy to its next owners for years to come.
