I work for one of largest Classic, Muscle, and Exotic car dealerships in the country and want to offer this nice 1972 Ford LTD Convertible to someone looking for a drop top classic LTD in it's original condition. The previous owner traded the LTD for a 1969 over the top Camaro. The LTD has been stored under cover in a garage pretty much it's entire life. Obviously, the beautiful white power convertible top looks great so I feel confident in saying this `72 LTD hasn't spent much time parked outside. Inside you'll find white leather seats that in no way look like you'd expect a 50 year old interior would look. If I had to guess the age of this beautiful white leather, I'd say more like 4 or 5 years old. Also, the dashpad, gauges, carpet, steering wheel, etc are flawless, no cracks, no fading, all original and good looking. The paint is original as well and holding up, looks pristine from 20' away but up close you'll see minor fading in some areas, but otherwise the paint shows no signs of cracking, dings, or dents. The stainless trim and chrome bumpers are original too and obviously kept out of the weather since no signs of rust or pitting, just a bit of clouding on some of the trim pieces but this can easily be corrected with some polish, a rag and a tad of elbow grease. There are more options on this car than some 2019 cars have. A/C, cruise control, power windows, power steering, power door locks, power disc brakes, power convertible top, steel hub caps, original stereo and leather interior. a nice running 400 cid engine and excellent shifting 3 speed automatic transmission that moves this 4383 lb Ford well providing for a nice smooth comfortable ride. Imagine yourself, significant other, and another couple taking the convertible out to dinner. On the way you'll stay cool with cold air blowing from the factory A/C and after dinner you'll be driving with the cruise set on 55, top dropped, feeling like you're sailing through calm waters.
