1965 289 coupe has title not running auto needs total resto pretty complete

1965 convertible 6 cyl I have new floor pans that can go with it I have not applied for title yet can do a notorized bill of sale.

Sometimes I get peoples comments and low ball offers I am not looking for game players If you would like to see the cars that is NO problem. I am into Cadillacs I am not very familiar with these cars.
