Description for Ford Other Pickups 1956

1956 Ford F-600 Chassis Cab truck that would make a good project or an excellent parts truck for someone restoring another truck. I do have a good Kansas title for this truck. This truck is selling as a project to be restored or it could be used for parts to restore another truck. It is not in running or driving condition. Body - The body on this truck is still pretty solid. Since this is a one year only cab, they are very difficult to find. The worst area on the truck is the R front cab corner by the lower door hinge, that corner is rusted out. The rear cab corners have minimal rust. There a couple of tiny spots of rust in the upper header above the windshield, the drip rail looks good. The hood has some rust out on the front lip. The truck has typical dings and dents, but no serious damage. The grill has a few dents, but overall looks good and it still has the original V-8 emblem on it. A lot of the paint appears to be original and it still has a Ford Dealer sticker on the L cowl!

Interior - The interior is complete. The seat is there, but the material is bad. This truck does still have an original factory radio in it with the original speaker and a factory Ford heater in it. The dash is intact and has not been cut up. The floors look good.

Drivetrain - This truck has a Y-block V-8 in it, but it is not running and I don't know anything about the condition of the any of the drivetrain. It does appear to be pretty much complete under the hood. It does roll and steer fine, so loading it won't be an issue.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements, I do have a broker I can put interested buyers in contact with to help arrange shipping. A non-refundable $1000.00 deposit is due within a week of the ended auction. The balance is due before the truck is picked up or in cash at that time. I am a Kansas dealer and KS buyers are responsible for sales tax. I currently have well over 1,000 old cars and trucks in stock for parts and several projects available. Buyer has 60 days of free outside storage at the buyers risk, after 60 days, a storage fee will apply unless other arrangements have been made prior to bidding. If storage fees exceed the price of the truck, ownership will revert back to me.
