We bought this truck in early 2019 and spent the next 2 years putting it together. We stripped the truck down and started from the ground up. The factory frame has been boxed with an inner channel boxing kit from code 504. Front suspension is a Pete and Jakes 4” drop axle and 2” drop spring. Speedway disc brakes. Flaming river cross rack. Armstrong lever shocks. Wilwood dual master cylinders. Engine is a 302 out of a 1974 Torino. It has high output heads and a mild cam. Timing chain and gears are new ford racing double roller. Weiand street warrior intake. Summit Racing HEI distributor. FAST fuel injection. AOD transmission. B&M shifter. Ford 8.8 disc brake rear with 4.10 gear and posi. Air bag 4 link suspension. 16 gallon fuel tank from Tanks.com. Cab is channeled 4” and moved back 4”. The bed has been moved back 4” along with the rear axle moved to center it in the wheel arch. With the 16” flex a lite fan and dual core radiator the motor runs at a steady 190° even on the hottest days. SpeedHut GPS speedometer. Bosch oil pressure gauge. All other gauges are on the fast EFI controller. Lots of other little touches I’m probably forgetting.
