Description for Ford Maverick 1970

This 1970 Ford Maverick is equippedwith a 200 cu in (3.3L) Thriftpower Inline 6 Engine and 3 speed automatic transmission. Odometer reads 49,216 miles. Interior is black vinyl. This is a first year production model so it does not have a glovebox. Vehicle is equipped with Air Conditioning and is sporting the"Anti-Establishment Mint" Green exterior color. Vehicle is mainly rust free aside from a few spots. There is rust on the battery tray, surface rust top of the passenger side door, a few spots of rust in the trunk floor, and surface rust on the undercarriage, leaf springs, and other suspension components. The window is broken, however, plastic covering has been installed to protect the interior. Water has gotten into the vehicle as the rear window was open to the elements for a 6 month period, however, the interior appears to be in good condition.A repair was made on the passenger side quarter panel as shown in the images. Paint is peeling on the passenger side door and front fender. There are various knicks, dings, and scratches throughout the vehicles exterior. Engine turned over but did not start so operation of the vehicle was not able to be confirmed. The startersolenoid had to be bypassed to turn the engine over.
