1935 Ford Phaeton Flathead V8 NO RESERVE!

This is a 1935 Ford Phaeton. It was supposedlya ex military car for the Rock Island Arsenal. I purchased it from a Classic Car dealer in MA. I believe it sat in a museum for some time. I just don't have the time to give it the attention it needs so sellingat NO RESERVE!
The sheetmetal is all very solid and the top appears nice (I have not tried to lower it). It has some typical rust out on the lower cowls but the floor and doors are solid unlike most. It is missing the hood grille ornament and the ignition lock cylinder.
It does run, drive, shift, stop stee, etc. The grille and windshield frame have surface rust. Someone has coverted it to 12V with a electronic distributor and a crudely installed electric fuel pump. It has Hydraulic brakes that work well. All the lights work. Upholstery is very nice, the LH door panel is bowed from where it got wet at some point.
It needs running board covers and new tires. It needs to be completely gone through mechanically (fuel pump, carburetor, etc). the engine has a miss (plug wire related). Clutch needs adjusting some wiring needs sorted, and door strikers need adjusting.
This not a show car but with a couple solid weeks of sorting out the mechanicals and basic work it would be a nice driver car.
