"This is an excellent example of a 60's pick up truck modified with modern running gear. the vehicle has a frame off restoration with the quality of the workmanship and materials excellent. The body is straight. with the door. and the hood gaps excellent. Finished in Jaguar Amaranth. The quality of the paintwork is very good. The frame has been modified to handle the extra power of a modern V/8 and then powder coated. The front features disc brakes and power rack and pinion steering. The weather-strip and window rubber has all been replaced. The chrome front and rear bumpers have been chromed to show quality. In addition the wood bed has been replaced and highly varnished and detailed. with the nitrous bottle mounted on the bed. The rear also features a fuel cell. and the rear wheel wells have been widened to accommodate large rear wheels and tires. The interior of the truck has been completely redone and customized. The door panels. headliner. and floor have all been custom done. Leather covered seats have been fitted along with a custom stereo system highlighted by speakers in the headliner as well as the kick panel. Also featured is a stock looking dashboard with modern gauges. The attention to detail is very good. as an example. all stainless hardware has been used throughout. The mechanics of the automobile are new and very interesting. The truck is powered by a 351 cid Ford Cleveland V/8. mated to a C6 automatic transmission.
