BARN FIND!Well we finally decided to sell our ongoing project car. This fast back was a father son project that never got completed. The Mustang was owned by the same guy for roughly 30 years. It sat for years inside a barn until my Dad and I finally convinced the old man to sell it to us so we could restore her. Well after getting her running and driving we just haven't had the time to do any cosmetic work. We decided to sell her so somebody else could either complete the project or just enjoy her the way she is.The car is a true 289 C Code. The transmission is a newly replaced C4automatic. Engine only has 6000 miles since rebuild. The body is solid and straight and is a faded black color. Some spots still try to shine through however over the years she has become matteblack. We rebuilt the carburetor and flushed the fuel lines. She starts right up and sounds great. The transmission shifts smooth and the brakes brake. The interior panels and seats are all there just could use a recover. The trunk and floors all are extremely solid with novisiblesigns of rust. The sale is as-is and mileage exempt due to age. The underside appears to have been undercoated a while back and looks better than the top side!Overall this car will make someone very happy. It is a perfect candidate to be restored or enjoyed. I will happily show the car to anyone who would like to see it.Thank you!
