Here is a 1993 Geo Metro XFI For sale. I have had this Metro for several years and have made several improvements and upgrades. The engine has only 68,000 miles since complete rebuild in 2012. All three cylinders have 170psi compression. The transmission was gone through about 30,000 miles ago and had all new seals installed. All worn parts were also replaced at that time. I just replaced the drivers side ball joint and wheel bearings. I replaced those same parts on the passenger side 44,000 miles ago. Front brake rotors and pads 4,000 miles ago. It has an all-aluminum radiator. The tires have about 15,000 miles on them. This car was repainted about 10 years ago and still looks decent but there are several imperfections. The lower control arm mountsare still in good shape. In 2012 I installed A/C in the car which is the updated r134a system and it still blows cold with no issues. I also installed aftermarket cruise control, carpet headliner and a custom installed CD/DVD player with 2 way alpine speakers. This is an XFI model, only 10% of Geo Metros made were XFI models. It still has the XFI gears in the transmission and the XFI cam shaft in the engine. I have all the original XFI parts I removed such as the blank for the passengers mirror, 2 of the 4 wheel center caps, air inlet, etc. This car has been extremely reliable and is in top driving condition. I have kepta maintenance log of all that has been done to it since 2012. I am changing occupations and moving many hours away and can’t take this with me. This car is ready to roll anywhere mechanically but has imperfections cosmetically (24 years old). Feel free to ask any questions.
