1992 red Convertible Geo Metro. If you need a dependable cheap car, with great MPG's that makes everyone who sees it happy. This is the car for you. Its mechanically sound, gets great mpg's, and has low mileage.
The Metro was originally built by Suzuki, its cute period.!! has 3 cylinders and a 52-horsepower engine. The one I'm selling is Automatic Transmission with air conditioning. I've owned for close to 12 years. i will describe it to the best of my ability its 30 years old, and as such is being sold As-Is. It has a cassette deck need I say more.
Mechanically the car is very dependable, has BRAND NEW TIRES, BATTERY AND ALTERNATORI took it over the summer on a few 200-mile trips. It did what it had to do. It's not a Lexus, it's a small buzzy car that gets you around on the cheap, handles well and is FUN. The 2-seat interior is clean, the dash has one crack see pictures. No pets, not smoked in, pick up is slow as the engine is tiny, you can use the lower gears to compensate. Its handling is great for a budget car.
No leaks, no issues with engine, tranny front end, suspension, It holds the road well for its type and you can comfortably go 75 mph. I would take the car anywhere. The rear window of the convertible top cracked, and has a thick plastic taped on, it does NOT leak the top is fine, but you might have to replace top (you can get one for $239 on Ebay). THE MECHANISM GOING UP AND DOWN IS MANUAL, AND WORKS FINE There is some rocker panel rust, see pictures.frame is fine.
