Description for GMC Suburban 1969
This is a 1969 3-door GMC Suburban 4x4. Yes you read that correctly. This is a very rare truck with the clamshell rear door. This truck has spent the last 20+ years in the California Desert. I have gone through and got it running but will still need some minor attention. The drivers rocker is rusted, I have the patch panel from Brother's Trucks and will include it with the purchase. There is a pinhole of rust in one of the rear fenders but other than that she is solid! All of the gauges work except the speedo, I have a used speedo I bought on eBay that I will send with the truck. I have a key that works all the doors and hatch as well. If in a picture you see tape over the hatch or hatch lock its while the locksmith was re-keying it for me. It has ralley wheels on it (I have the missing trim ring from the pics I just haven't put it on) and I have the OG spare (not a rally wheel). I purchased this truck from my grandfather and in the last month it has driven 100 miles to Ocotillo Wells, 4x4 all day, and drove it back home without a hiccup. She is a fun truck unfortunately life changes and other projects take precedent. I have the protect-o-plate it came with and the glovebox sticker is intact, it is a factory 350 truck with a 12 bolt posi rear end. I really like this truck and have enjoyed it, it gets looks everywhere you go but it's time for someone else to enjoy it. Shipping will be on your dime but I can help get it to your shipper if it's not too far. Remember, she's an old truck, don't expect a Mecum vehicle.**This is for sale locally as well. Please contact me if you are interested in bidding. I may end the auction if it sells local
