1985 GMC S-15 Ready to go racing? This is the perfect platform all set up and ready to go do some bracket racing. With another set of tires you can go to cruise nights. The original engine and transmission were removed and replaced with a small block that was bored and stroked to 388 cubic inches. The engine has KB Hypereutectic pistons uses a hydraulic Comp camshaft with .507/.510” lift 284/286* 240/246*@.050” and the stock 1.94” heads were fit with matching springs after a complete valve job. There is and Edelbrock intake and carburetor were used currently there is a HEI ignition. The exhaust is a complete race exhaust with Flowmaster drag series mufflers with turn downs before the axle. A fuel cell is mounted in the bed with a mechanical fuel pump. The engine is a full manual valve body with a TH400. The 10 bolt rear end has a posi unit in it. The truck was completely repainted. The body is very straight and rust free. The frame is clean and freshly painted with body color used to accent. The rear suspension is a ladder bar type setup that works good in the testing that has been done. The stock brakes are on the truck with power disc brakes in the front and drum in the rear. Power steering was retained and functions as it should. The truck has not been run on the track and only has been played with a little bit on the street now it is ready for you to do the tuning and testing. All major electrical functions as it should. There are brand new front tires on the truck. Set it up with the right wheel and tire combo and you have a pro touring rod ready for this year’s power tour! There is a clear title. The car is still considered used with that being said there is no warranties or guarantee included and is sold as is. International buyers are welcomed.
