Payment Terms

· If the car sells for UNDER $500.00 the entire sales amount plus $75.00 documentation fee is due within 24hours. If the car sells for OVER $500.00 the $500.00 deposit plus the $75.00 documentation fee is due within 24 hours of auction end, ith the balance to be paid within 3 days of vehicle pick up. A 3% fee will be added if paid with a credit card, ebit card or through Paypal.com. Full payment is required within three (3) days of the end of the auction.

· Payment in full and ID are required to release any vehicle

· All auctions are subject to a doc fee as follows:

$75.00 for ALL vehicles

· Vehicles not paid for in full and picked up within THREE (3) days of end of auction will be subject to a penalty of $60.00 plus $20.00 PER DAY in storage fees (storage fees are not negotiable and must be paid prior to release of vehicle).

· Vehicles not paid for and picked up within THREE (3) days of end of auction will result in buyer's privileges revoked and vehicle to be re-listed on Ebay.com
