Description for Jaguar XJS 1992
Absolutely gorgeous, ritish hot rod. This baby GROWLS and turns heads EVERYWHERE.You will not believe how much attention this car gets.(tried to post a video here but ebay won't let me, f you want to hear the engine, oogle"vimeo aaronalden XJS") Converted from the V12 to a Chevy small block 350 V8 (automatic) (Much more reliable and maintainable than the V12, nd sounds INCREDIBLE) Crane racing cams Sanderson custom stainless-steel exhaust headers (650 CFM) Edelbrock carb 58k, o accidents, lean interior in good shape, ull service records. Transmission recently rebuilt Pioneer DEH-P7100BT detachable face radio with bluetooth and mp3 input + 4 Infinity Kappa 3-way speakers with tweeters Note: CarFax data is confusing as to its ownership history. The original owner drove it for a short time, was told it then went around a few dealerships (not the same as sep owners, ut shows up on the record as a sale) it was then sold to the person who did the engine conversion and upgrades in Florida. I don't know much about him but I was told he had intended to use it for "street racing" but had to sell it for financial reasons shortly after doing the conversion. His contact info is in the folder of receipts in case the next owner has any questions for him. It was sold to an elderly man who brought it to Rhode Island, here he had it garaged for many years and only drove it on nice days when no salt was on the roads. I know he took great care of it, t was his "Sunday drive" car. I'm now the 4th owner and I have had it in my parking lot, overed when sitting, nd have given it every bit of attention it needs to stay in great shape. it has a few of the usual jaguar "quirks" (they all do), ut if you give it a bit of love you will be very happy to own this car.
