I am re-posting this 1984 Jaguar XJ6 - 16,000 miles on older total restoration. Fuel tank issue has been resolved with a John's Jaguar fuel line tee kit. Everything works as it should.

I purchased this Jaguar in 1992 with 92,865 miles on her and am the second owner. I drove the Jag for the next two years and in the spring of 1994 with 103,958 miles I decided to re-paint the car. This simple re-paint lead to a complete bare metal, blow apart TOTAL RESTORATION including everything mechanical.

This Jag was restored some 20 years ago and now has some 16,000 miles (119,640 mi. as of 7/2017) on that restoration. The car does show some minimal ware. The paint still looks like new although there is a small blister on drivers door corner and at both rocker panel joints, minimal paint chips on wheel splash areas and paint issue on rear bumper. Interior looks like the day it was done.

I have a few personal touches in this Jag including the high grade cloth velour. This up grade changed the whole feel and gave the car a great plushness. All other touch have been an up grade to the cars personally always keeping in mind the elegant's of Jaguar.

I am selling this Jaguar "as is" / "where it is" with all the parts I have accumulated over the years. Parts retail valve would be in the thousands of dollars.
