European Motor Studio is excited to offer this 1990 Jaguar XJS V12 Convertible finished in an elegant combination of Black over Barley Connolly leather with a matching Black soft top. Sold new to Chase Manhattan by Hempstead Auto CO. INC in Hempstead NY on March 12, 1990, this XJS lived in the Philadelphia since new. The car has traveled a mere 36K miles since new and is accompanied with early service history through Regency Jaguar through the 1990's. A recent major service has just been completed to this XJS including crank position sensors, a fluid change, front and rear pads, rotors and calipers, a new steering rack, a new ABS pump accumulator, an AC recharge, and upper control arm bushings. This is a beautiful running and driving XJS with excellent smooth power and a smooth shifting transmission. The Black paint is in beautiful condition which has just undergone a full buff and polish. A few tiny stone chips in the front nose around the hood edge are present and a small scrape in the lower plastic skirt. The body is in excellent condition free from any rust in the panels, or the undercarriage. The does not appear to be any signs of prior accident or repair damage and the car comes with a clean and clear title and Carfax. The Connolly leather interior is in stunning condition with minimal wear to the drive seat bolster. The leather is still very soft to the touch and free from any discoloration. All of the wood is in beautiful condition retaining an excellent color with no signs of fade. There is one small hairline crack in the lower console piece around the shifter. The dash is free from any cracks or damage and all of the carpets are in excellent condition free from any damage or stains. The convertible top is the original Jaguar top and works perfectly including both rear quarter windows. All of the electronics in the car are operating as designed including the original Alpine radio and power antenna, all of the interior and exterior lights, the power mirrors, heated seats, power lumbar, AC and heater, power windows and door locks. Accompanied with the car are the original owners handbooks, service book, radio book and original Jaguar cassette, spare tire and jack, original dealer brochure and 2 original Jaguar keys.
