An extensive mechanical restoration was performed by Bassett’s of Rhode Island including complete engine. trans. and rear end. brakes. suspension. wiring. and exhaust. The car is fitted with an aluminum radiator with an auxiliary fan. stainless headers as well as the rest of the exhaust. wider Dayton wheels. Koni shocks. and an alloy flywheel. The interior and convertible top was done by Bassett’s as well as all the detail work. All of the chrome plating was done by D & S of Holyoke. MA. There are approximately 3000 miles logged since the car was restored. it has also been maintained by Bassett’s. The car runs very well and is a pleasure to drive.
