Selling one of the nicest, Rust free, original uncut restored 1976 CJ5 on this planet. SEE ALL PHOTOS and VIDEO. This Jeep has been restored from the ground up! Repaired top to bottom & repainted and re wired front to rear. "IT'S SANITARY" Body was removed from frame during restoration. The factory boxed frame was cleaned, prepped, poly coated, then treated in satin black finish. "Outstanding looking frame" Then all running gear, gas tank, fuel lines, frame brake lines re installed back in frame. Bottom side body tub, inner fenders, firewall also painted when "body" was off the frame.. Not built to be a national show Jeep that lives on a trailer. This one was built to drive and enjoy as they should be and be reliable! It is a full frame off restoration and for a 40 years old Classic Jeep CJ " IT DEMANDS RESPECT ". Jeep is powered the factory rebuilt 304 V8. Motor fitted with aluminum intake. 4 bbl carb. Headers, Duel exhaust, MDS Spark box and dressed with chrome valve covers and air cleaner. Motor runs 180 deg all day long in hot summer desert weather ( No Heat up Issues) Motor runs 30/50 lb oil presser and purrs like a cat. The motor runs outstanding and has more power and performance than this most could ever need or use = SEE VIDEO! Motor bay and motor also detailed nice SEE PHOTOS! The motor is backed with the factory Jeep manual transmission mated to the good Dana 300 4 Wheel Drive transfer case. " Both transmission and transfer case rebuilt ". The rear end is a Jeep AMC 20. The Front end Jeep Dana 30 with locking hubs. All the 4 Wheel Drive under this Jeep in like new working order. The Jeep was also just serviced front to rear. Jeep fitted with a mild 3 inch suspension lift & poly bushing. Tilt steering column also rebuilt as well as many of the power steering and front end steering parts. This Jeep run's great and is a joy to drive. Jeep fitted with the 'big brakes' Jeep will stop straight and on a dime = SEE VIDEO! No steering wheel pull or lane drift when stopping. (NICE BRAKES). The out side body of this Jeep was sanded and primed and blocked sanded, then painted and color sanded in Dark forest green ( Great color for a CJ) The paint then cut & buffed to a very nice high gloss finish = SEE PHOTOS. The Body is laser straight. No rust in this CJ " NONE" . The inside of Jeep is also 100 percent rust free and very sanitary. The inside was gutted then all inside floor pans cleaned and primed. All inside floor pans then treated in black raptor armor to keep them nice and rust free for many years to come. It's one of the "nicest original rust free CJ i have ever seen in my 40 plus years of owning and working on many CJ, Jeep has upgraded wiring harness with upgraded "push button fuse breaker box" also new relays and fuses as needed. All dash gauges and lights work correct. Even the back up lights work 40 years later. The Horn, wiper, heater, blinkers, e flasher, running light. brake lights & the floor E brake work correct = SEE VIDEO. Jeep fitted with a set a Master Craft high end front bucket seats a " true must have" for any Jeep or off road vehicle. This style of seat gives you more leg room in the CJ5 than the stock Jeep CJ5 seat;s give's you SEE VIDEO. The rear passenger seat is the flip and tumble style that also removes for more rear cargo room when needed Full Roll Cage with padding and matching pad covers installed. Locking center console with cup holders, CB mounted up on Full Roll Cage. Am/FM/ CD/ MP3 Stereo in dash & speakers in dash, Tac mounted on dash drivers side. Power winch mounted on front with power control switch "under hood" as well as a power cord control handle "mounted inside" Letting you control the winch from inside or outside the Jeep SEE VIDEO. New fender flairs, *The Inside front and rear fender wells also painted same color as Jeep SEE PHOTOS and VIDEO. Jeep fitted with class 3 tow hitch on the rear if you need to tow something behind it. Jeep also fitted with tow mount brackets on the front bumper if you want to hook a "tow bar" to it and tow it behind something. Jeep also comes with a very nice Best Top Full Soft Top "super top" with full doors for cold winter driving. Jeep also has 1/2 doors that remove and all windows in this top will zip out and remove for full sun shade over front and rear of passengers without windows.
