1954 Jeep Willys CJ-3 -Needs restore

This is an old Willys Jeep. I think it is a 1954 but not sure. I have tried to take good pictures so you can see everything. Has an aluminum top that is in very good shape. The windshield is cracked as in the picture. I got it to restore it but never did. The motor was froze up and I took the head off. I got it so it will turn over but turns hard. The weld on the step has broken. Speedometer says 25. 04. I have included a pic of the tire tread. The brakes were froze up and stuck to the drums so you will need new brakes in the back and probably brake lines. The pics tell a lot so please look at them. The nice thing about these old jeeps is that they make a lot of parts for them. Please contact me with any questions- I'd be happy to talk with you. This is for local pickup- I do not ship.
