Jeep CJ-7 1986 Base model. 6 cyl 258 cubic inches. 2-barrel carb. 5 speed. 4x4 Hi/low. 3:31 gear ratio. no postrac. locking front hubs. power steering. P265x70rx16 Hankook dynapro ATM tires. Very good tread. on 16" x 8" aluminum wheels. folding rear seat. roll bar cover. carpets. chrome side rails. hard top with doors. all gauges function. Following items done since June 2014: New windshield. wiper arms. blades and washer fluid. antifreeze. air filter. battery. rebuilt carburetor. fuel cap. fuel filter and all rubber lines. including those at gas tank. spark plugs. wires. dist. cap. catalytic converter. muffler. tailpipe. oxygen sensor. oil pressure gauge (not electric). Ignition cylinder and key. repacked front wheel bearings. brakes very good (a slight warp on rotors. not enough to merit replacement) complete chassis cleaning to original paint on frame and sheet metal. front and rear differentials. transmission and transfer case. all drained and fresh fluids. headlight bulbs and trim rings. sheet metal; left floor pan. lower left under door opening. left rear corner. right lower under door opening. top weather-stripping. New emission sticker. Other items done a couple years ago: radiator. water pump. upper and lower radiator hoses and heater hoses. Alternator. starter celluloid. starter. valve cover. oil pan seals and gasket. shocks. 3" body lift (suspension stayed stock). The CJ is ready to go . It has been more of a street cruiser than an off road jeep. You ‘ll have a lot of enjoyable fun with it!
