Great addition to any collection. Runs great. 3rd Owner I've had this 1970 Jeepster Commando for about 7 years. It belonged to the Catholic Bishop form North Carolina as original owner and later I bought it from some friends of his in Austin Texas. who used it as a daily driver for a couple years. They gave me records of what was done to it mechanically; ignition. master brake cylinders. new dual exhaust replacement etc. I have done some appearance work on it - re chrome bumpers. new convertible top. new tail /stop lights and a lot of detail work etc. Original Dauntless Buick V-6 engine. automatic. 4 wheel drive. power steering. Engine diagnosed and prepared to operate precisely by way of electrical. carburation. timing etc by a professional group of specialized mechanics. The body is in excellent condition. All quarter panels are in exceptional shape and undercarriage has been kept free of any rust. As shown by 2 pictures; the driver side rear panel has two scratches and the hood has paint separation in two one inch spots. I haven't dealt with both issues for fear of not matching the paint. A true professional painter can omit both problems. It has been stored in a designed storage room during my ownership and never driven. Trailered when shown at antique car shows in Texas.
