Description for Jeep Wagoneer 1991
So you know how it's cool to drive a classic car. right? But cooler to drive a car that was not made again after 1991. right. no reproductions. ? Well what about the FIRST of the last? My awesome "Effie" is number ONE!! No. seriously this is the first of the last of 1991 Jeep Wagoneers ever produced. F-E. (Final Edition)(or as I pronounce it "Effie") is amazing. she's fun and strong and such a conversation piece. She has been driven. and has been many places. not held hostage in a garage. she is loved. Now she comes with some cosmetic issues. but you show me a girl her age who still looks like a high school cheerleader and says she's all natural. and I will call BS!! She has her original paint and her wood grain doesn't look too shabby. The inside is decent. and not all torn to bits. the carpet is in excellent shape. and headliner too!! She could use a few things. like a real radio. the radio some punk put in her before I got her is a total waste to me. I like a good tape deck or CD player like most old people. not just a port for my phone music. she could use some light sanding as she's getting some surface rust. and she could really use a good wax job. She's got a newer tranny. newer tires and passed NC inspection with flying colors. she had some belts replaced a few months back. and running fine. She's my daily driver. *Even in the cold weather we have had recently she fires right up. * So. with that being said she's a little temperamental when it comes to her back door. (aren't they all?) She needs to be coaxed into opening. but it's never been a problem because I don't use her for that kind of stuff anyway. If you want to tinker with her backside. that's between you and her when you take her home. Effie is great when you need 4WD. she's solid. she's great when you want to go tearing through a muddy field. she's great on the highway. I haven't found anything this girl can't do. EXCEPT accommodate 2 full size infant/toddler car seats and a large teenager (6'2 220 lbs) in the back seat. So anyway. Effie has been great. she's fun. people give me the thumbs up alllll the time (Unless its for her and I just think its because I'm so cool *pondering*) regardless. she needs someone to take her home. clean her up and make her the trophy wife she deserves to be. She IS the kind of girl you can take home to momma. I'm putting her out there. for way less than she deserves. but I have to get a car that accommodates these little tax deductions. There were only 1560 of them built in 1991 and she's 000001. go ahead Google "How many Jeep Wagoneers were made in 1991" I'll wait. see. you could be the owner of her. and who knows maybe you know someone who would want to make you an indecent proposal on Effie. and make more off her. that's up to you. OK so back to business. if you want to be the proud owner of Effie and be the person who shelters her at night. then get to bidding. There is no reserve price. only a starting bid. Come see her. drive her. take her through the muddy fields or on the highway. she's classy. but still knows how to "git er done"PROS: Original body*Original Paint*Carpets are in great condition*All original glass*No major tears in the seats*Newer Jasper Transmission*Road worthy tires*Wood grain is in decent condition. few small marks*Headliner is in decent shape*Back window works but it is temperamental*All doors are in great working order*Power windows work*Heat works *A/C works *Cruise works*4 wheel drive works flawlessly************************************************************************Cons:Drivers seat belt does not latch. needs a catch *all others work fine**Some spots of the rocker are starting to rust*Rear bumper was backed into and pushed in slightly. No cosmetic damage to the body *Clear coat is pretty much non existent*1/3 of the chrome around back window is missing* Seam started to separate. but not torn just stitching is loose on drivers seat* Some scratches on drivers side leather portion of seat* Passenger side exhaust manifold needs attention. it's noisy. It is new. but needs to be tightened up. *Not all of the switches work on dash; the overhead dome lights also do not work. and I have not attempted to troubleshoot them. *Passenger side seat controls not working (I have not messed with them. not sure if its the switch or the motor)*Back gate will not come down without forcing it *Small dent in drivers rear corner. hardly noticeable* small dent on hood*Ask any and all questions before bidding. you are more than welcome to view her in person. Woody is sold as is. where is. I have described all pros and cons in this listing to the best of my ability. I have provided pictures for examination. and would be willing to discuss or answer any questions you may have. There are no known mechanical issues. I drive it everyday. She isn't perfect. but she's cool!! Be a part of history and own #1.
