My dad and I bought this Jeep in the early 1990’s. It is very very solid and was driving when we bought it. We drove it occasionally for a couple of years then he decided to have it repainted. In 1995 He had the frame and underneath painted very nice and he had the interior and visible parts painted white as well as the engine bay. The motor was painted orange. It has sat in his heta d and cooled garage since 1995 til this past summer. This is the most solid original Jeep commando out there. It just needs sanded and painted. Motor turns over and everything works and it’s all there. This project just needs a little bit to be done.
