1981 Lancia Beta Zagato Spider

1981 Lancia Beta Zagato Spider. Very unusual Italian car, unique inmany ways. Too many projects and not enough time to have the carsitting. Car starts right up, runs great. Once warmed up it shifts well, but it isa little stiff when cold. I replaced one of the shift bushings and it made a bigdifference. She also has a new alternator and battery. The only issue thatneeds to be resolved is the power steering hose. It was leaking and I triedto patch it, but it is under so much pressure that is blows a hole and losesthe fluid. I have a replacement hose, but I don't have the time to replace it.
Paint was resprayed at some point and they painted the bumpers. Interioris in pretty good condition, although the leather is dry (see pics). Windowsjust quit working, not sure why. I have a very hard to find set of Lancia manualsand some other spares.These cars are only beginning to participate in themarket that has taken Alfa and Fiat prices soaring. This is a good project.
