Description for Land Rover Other 1963

1963 Land Rover Series 2, 110 long wheel base.
The original truck is complete, bought from the original owner, it has the original gas engine in the truck which turns over, I haven't tried starting it.
Truck comes with a mint condition, rebuilt diesel engine out of a newer land rover, a series 3 I believe (non turbo) Will bolt right up to original transmission and motor mounts.
Truck comes with a perfect frame and rolling chassis... This is super rare to find and almost every Land rover you will find will have frame rot... It just needs to be painted as it has very minimal surface rust. This, along with the diesel motor were acquired from a British military base in Alberta.
This truck is in need of restoration but most of what will be needed comes with the truck.
The firewall will need to be replaced or patched.
This is a project I bought and do not have the time to do.. My loss is your gain. This truck will be a fun restoration as you can work straight from one truck to a perfect frame as you go!
