A classic 1992 Land Rover Defender 90, ex. British Army - with everything you'd expect, and much more. This defender has never been damaged or wrecked; its in quite exquisite shape!
Her service history shows that this beauty has been maintained with love and respect for her long and distinguished life, including an active stint in the army in the Scottish regiments as a royal electrical mechanical engineers convoy vehicle. The clues are all there; a front facing machine gun mount, foldable front wind screen, front fender radio mounting plates, convoy lights, convoy flag, rifle racks, map reading lights, Land Rover Wolf seats, rear bench seats, new tires on Wolf rims, an all aluminum body, pintle hook, shovel and pick and a hood mounted spare tire - all standard military fittings.
There are extra refinements too. The tenacity comes from the conversion to a 1992 Land Rover 200 turbo diesel engine with its alloy cylinder head, improved turbo charged performance, intercooler and direct fuel injection. Add to that new disc brakes and pads installed, stainless steel exhaust and steering components fully overhauled.
And, to a diesel like this, 100,000 miles is just breaking it in!

The speedometer shows 167,000 kilometers (113,000 miles) on the vehicle and the 1992 200tdi engine is at just under 100,000 miles. It comes with the shovel and axe on the rear door; just as it looks in the pictures. The convoy light works with all the controls operable and has a cover for protection/ storage. The gun racks between the seats are also in full working order. The Defender is fitted with new Wolf seats, Wolf rims and rear bench seats. This is the kind of vehicle you just get in and drive whether its off-roading, hunting or just around town. The body is full aluminum and the frame is immaculate. The roof of the Defender is removable; which leaves the windshield and front doors attached. And the windshield can be folded down to expose the machine gun mounting holes if one was so inclined to acquire that piece of equipment to accompany the vehicle.
