Description for Land Rover Defender 1987

This is a 1987 right-hand drive Defender 110 in fair condition. The exterior has been plasti-dipped but the actual color is dark green as well. It is a 2.5L, gas engine with 5-speed manual transmission. Fresh rebuild on engine. New gas tank. New Cooper all terrain tires. Frame and body in good shape for its age but there is some rust on the windshield frame near the hinges, some rust on the rear bumper/cross-member and there was some rust on the bottom of the doors that was cut out. All very typical for this vehicle and age. I have the replacement metal for the bottom of the doors and the window frame, but they haven't been welded in yet. It has a small power steering fluid leak and a small transmission/transfer case leak. I have the transmission and transfer case gasket/seal kits, I just haven't installed them. Runs and drives great. Great around-town vehicle or project. Lots of extra parts including a spare engine that was running when it was taken out (due to low oil pressure when hot), a brush guard, a snorkel, and a cab top to turn it into a pickup.
