1973 LAND ROVER SERIES III Here is a very original and clean example of a Land Rover Series III 88. This unit is a 73 model gas with a 2. 5 liter engine. four speed transmission with overdrive. It is a factory red truck with a nearly brand new 8000lb. Warn Winch. new safari roof rack and swing out rear seat. The body is very nice and of course is aluminum. The undercarriage is also in very nice shape. The Rover has had many seals replaced and when parked over night. I do not find any oil drips underneath. The tires have tons of tread but are likely older. The Rover runs very well. shifts very well and stops good. The four wheel drive is tested and works great! All the lights work. Or most. The wipers work and even the windshield washer squirters. The horn works too! The temperature gauge works the fuel gauge currently does not. The seats are nice and there is a Tuff Box Console between the seats that houses a CD Player/Radio. This is a really nice Land Rover and comes with some extra parts. If you have questions.
