1978 Lincoln Towncar: Blue with matching blue leather. Odometer reads 63. 08. however. I am the original owner and the real mileage is163. 08. 460 engine. 4 door. leather top. This car was a Sunday car and garaged for over 35 years. No rust on chrome. wheels. grill or anything chrome. A family heirloom and I lost my storage garage and must sell. Your chance to get a classic car at a very low price. Positives: Runs needs California smog. Transmission. brakes. cosmetics are very good condition. Car needs the following: engine needs rebuilding to pass California smog. Rebuilt swap out engine (new rebuilt) is $2500 or just rebuild this engine for less (no current estimates. but absolutely would be under $2500. Leak in muffler system (no estimates done). Needs $2 hook on glove compartment. Car is about 24 foot long. giant trunk. and the 1978 Lincoln Towncar was the 2nd to the last year (1979) of the largest chassis ever made by Ford.
