Description for Lincoln Continental 1966
Up for sale is my super cool Lincoln Continental 2 door. I have owned this car for over 8 years. I hate to sell it but I dont drive it a lot anymore and I hate to see it sit around. This car drives better than any new luxury car I have ever dirven. It really is a "lead Sled"! This car is in perfect driving condition. You could drive it across country tomorrow. The only thing it could use is some work on the power window buttons. They seam to be getting old and probably need to be replaced. The interior is the original interior. It is in great shape but does have 3 spots that could be repaired. (see pictures) There is a new radio mounted under the ash tray. I did not want to remove the factory radio. It also has two new speakers in the front and 2 new speakers in the back. There are 2 10" subwoofers in the trunk. There is no major rust on the car. The trunk and floorboards are solid! I had the car re-painted about 3 years ago. I also had the engine and tramission rebuilt at the same time. There is probably 3,000 miles since the rebuild. The car does feature electronic ignition, electric fuel pump, and a Holly carburator. I wanted to update these things to make it run better and be dependable. The car is located at my motorcycle dealership (American Biker / Indian motorcycles of Charleston) in Ladson SC. We would take motorcycles on trade for the lincoln. Check out our website at www.americanbiker.biz Or call me (Rich) at 843.340.6114
We also will sell and ship World Wide!!!!

I forgot to mention I have the orginal owners manual from where the car was bought new from the dealership on 12/4/1965. Notice the buyers name (Harold Ostle) and his name plaque that was installed by the dealseship back in 1965. This was something Lincoln did for new customers back then.
