The exterior paint and body are in very good condition. The doors, trunk and hood align correctly. There are some minor paint flaws, nothing serious (see photos) altogether a nice older restoration. THere are some things that still need restoring. The carpet is OK at best, but not a major job. Open the doors to 1948. The interior is in good condition, needing just a few minor repairs. Notice the steering wheel made of bakelite which was very popular in the 40s for car accessories as well as jewelry. You will see it as well on the door locks and on some of the dash knobs.
The upholstery is in very good condition front to back. The brightwork is just striking throughout the interior. These cars were absolutely overbuilt. This example is an exceptional one and a joy to cruise in.
You will also notice the original wiring which at some point should all be replaced.
The Vin# is stamped into the frame.
