77 Lincoln Continental, only 42K Original mileage, Runs GREAT!

This is a 77 Lincoln Continental, 7.5 ltr Engine, Automatic Transmission with only 42k original mileage. I have clean title. Runs very good, very strong Engine, and the Transmission shifts like butter. Extra clean Original interior, you can even see the original plastic rap for the rear seat belts. About 4 years ago I spent more than 6k to restore the exterior and on the paint job. I really want a good home for this keeper. This car doesn’t fit in my garage and the association won’t allow me to have a car port either. So this car has been under the weather ever since I restored it. The rusts started surfacing around the edges. The exterior can still be restored again with some minimum efforts. Besides the cosmetics, the car has a small leak to a coolant hose, sometimes you see little bit of coolant on the floor. Also, there is a very small AC leak. If you recharge the AC it blows cool air for about a month. The Clock on the dash, the fuel gauge (needs a small sensor that can be installed easily), need front window regulator and the power antenna doesn’t work. Other than these minor issues, mechanically the car is in great shape as well. These are the things that was done in less than 300 miles: Valve cover gasket, Distributor cap, plugs, wearing, breaks, AC Compressor,carburetor, tune-up and full exterior restoration.
