This car features air conditioning along with the powerful 430 cubic inch over-head valve V8 engine. Open the doors to timeless styling. Lincoln's Continental was initially conceived as a personal car for Edsel Ford. The interior showcases restored upholstery in black front to back. The dash displays factory instrumentation throughout along with a professionally installed Sony CDX-GT300 AM/FM CD/MP3 Stereo with amplifier. The wood grain inserts are showing their age but intact. The dash pad itself is in very good condition. The slab-side styling is well known and very popular to this day. running the length of the vehicle. stem to stern. The paint shows very well throughout. with some minor imperfections. According to the trim identification plate. this car was originally Silver Mink in color. The chromework shows well front to back. The black convertible top is clean and in very good condition. The power top assembly is functional. All of the power windows are also functional. Under the hood is Lincoln's 430 cubic inch V8. coupled with power brakes and steering. standard equipment for the Continental. This convertible is also optioned with air conditioning. also functional. The original identification plate is intact and in place as well. According to the trim plate. this car was original Silver Mink in color. The door undersides are solid. The undercarriage appears overall solid throughout. The frame is straight and original. The flooring also appears to be original throughout. The dual exhaust system sounds great. Several front suspension components been previously rebuilt/replaced. This Lincoln drives down the road as it should. Lincoln's Continental rides on a 123-inch wheelbase with an overall length of 213-inches. This example rolls on its factory 14-inch wheels fitted with newer 9. 50-14 poly-bias tires all around.
